Mini Twelve Step House, Inc., in partnership with the Ninth Council District invite you and your family out for a fun-filled and entertaining outdoor HEALTH & WELLNESS FAIRE.  FREE health screenings by health care professionals, lots of give-aways,  information and referrals for health conditions indigenous to the citizens of South Central Los Angeles and Service Planning Area 6 (SPA6).   You'll have a good time for a great cause -- your family's health!

SAFE MOVES

     Data shows that teen drivers cause 20% of all vehicle-related deaths and injuries.  The lack of school-based and/or affordable driver education programs have created a generation of unskilled teen drivers.  The responsibility of car ownership is discussed including maintenance and insurance requirements.

CEDARS-SINAI COACH FOR KIDS

   Coach for Kids is a Mobile Medical Unit that is essentially a clinic-on-wheels.  Medical services provided include immunizations, physical examinations, TB screenings, and developmental screenings, hearing/vision/dental screenings, laboratory tests, treatment of minor illnesses.

AMERICAN CANCER SOCIETY

   Resources for Healthy Living:  Lower your cancer risk with timely screening tests, help to quit smoking, good food choices, and an active lifestyle.
